Cancellation Policy

1. **Full Refund Eligibility**: Reservations can be canceled for a full refund if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. This applies to all bookings.

2. **Non-Refundable Transportation Service**: The Cars Transportation service is non-refundable if it has been used, even if the tour is canceled due to bad weather.

3. **Refund Conditions**: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.

4. **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, regardless of the reason, including health issues, incorrect booking date, or the inability of a group member to participate.

5. **Change Requests**: Change requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be accommodated.

6. **Local Time**: All cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

7. **Weather-Dependent Cancellations**: If the experience is canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions, alternative dates or a full refund will be offered.
